A:   Our factory locates in Jinhua, China.

      You can fly to YIWU International Air Port, and we will pick you up.

Q:   Can I get samples?

A:   We are very happy to offer you samples.

Q:   How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A:   Speaking of quality control, service and guarantee, we really don’t want to talk too much

      as everyone could talk anything they want to.

      You will never know how they actually do unless a problem is found

      We don’t want to JUST talk, we want to do it, and it’s simple!

      We follow ISO, AQL standards strictly, after you made an order, our own inspection team

      will be working for material arrival, semi-finished goods, on-line production, final product

      and packing, 3rd party inspection is welcome, if we fail the AQL, we will arrange the

      3rd party inspection in our account

Q:   In the case, there were defective products, do you require me to ship them back to your

      factory to get a replacement, and if so, do you cover with the transportation costs of the

      defective products?

A:   Whenever there’re defective products, we’ll solve the problem together. A report of

      defective items, q’ty and reasons will be needed from your side.

      Then we’ll analyze and decide if we need them back or make replacement bags 

      for you at our account.

      If we found it’s fully our production mistakes, then we 100% make goods at our account

      for you!

Q:    What are the conditions for you to manufacture under my own brand?  

        How many units per item would be required for you?

A:    Welcome OEM order! Over 80% products are under our clients’ brands.

       For new customers, MOQ is 1,000 pcs per item.

A:   Our factory passed Target’s Ethical Sourcing Code audit on 13/10/2014.

      Certificate No. is F003647-1014. It remains valid until 24/09/2016.

Q:  What would the payment method be? (Sight L/C, T/T, credit card, others?)

A:   The payment term should be T/T 30% in advance + 70% against the copy of B/L or

      L/C at sight for minimum amount $15,000.
